On a fairly regular basis over the last 20 years, Louvolite has needed to increase square footage to allow expansion in those areas of most importance – typically this involves the areas of customer service to ensure we maintain high service levels as business demands grow.
The latest phase of change has involved the creation of a purpose built facility next to the existing head office site in in Hyde, Cheshire. The new building is around 50,000 square feet on a 3.15 acre site and houses the Engineering Division – the building plot leaves further expansion space should this be required.
Sensibly, Louvolite has used the opportunity to improve equipment levels where required, to ensure production capacity is increased to allow planned growth levels to be achieved comfortably. The new facility really is a state of the art manufacturing plant and there is no doubt that current and future customers will be pleased with the investment made to build on Louvolite’s excellent product range and customer services.
